Is there a way to organise/ grouping all these questions or is scrolling down through all of them the only way? If not can a date/month/year grouping or custom grouping be added to the plug in?

As of now, there is no grouping. Just like comments are not grouped for posts. Please take this to the support forum and I will add it as a feature request: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ask-me-anything-anonymously
